Shipping policy

All orders are usually processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or text. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

After orders are processed shipping times are usually 3-14 business days.

REFUNDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
➤ All of our items are custom printed or produced just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, text or change of mind.  Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

➤ If there are any issues with the item, please message us at myadventureware@gmail.com with a photo or video showing the defect or the condition of the product, your order number, and we'll replace it ASAP.

We address these on a case-by-case basis & will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
